Historic holiday villa for rent for 10 people 11km from Lucca that dates back to the 19th century and is located in the famous zone of aristocratic villas of Lucca. Its refined layout and a beautiful garden of 4800m2 with private pool offer an exceptional holiday in a splendid environment.
The Villa has several levels: on the lower ground floor lives the caretaker, efficient and very discreet person, who deals with the maintenance of the outside and assistance to guests.
At 700m lies the small village of Segromigno with food shops, bar and restaurants. Within a few kilometers you can admire the historical villas of the Lucca countryside (some are open to the public). The seaside of "Versilia" famous for its beautiful social beaches, fashionable shops and nightclubs is within easy reach (40km).

A lovely place for a Tuscan vacation, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped and bathrooms are clean. We rented the villa in mid September and got very lucky with the weather so we were able to spend most of our time outside. The property is a great base for exploring Florence, Pisa and Lucca. We’ll come back soon!

This was our third time in Tuscany, this time we wanted to explore the area near Lucca. We knew of the beautiful, majestic villas that are special to this part of Tuscany, and we found the Villa which perfectly fit our needs and budget. The living area is magnificent, there are frescoes on the ceiling and beautiful floors with shiny antique tiles. The garden outside is well tended and the pool area is great for relaxing after a day out exploring.
