The capacity of home of well is of 10 people, 2 children and a baby, its surface is of 280 M2,
completely renovated in 2018.
The house is at the end of an alley, in the heights of a small Creole village about 180 meters above sea level.
The villa itself is very Creole, it will allow you to relax on its large travertine terrace with its slate pool (11m / 5m) heated (heat pump) and thanks to its sunbathing. There is a dining table under the pergola next to the Weber gas BBQ.

Behind the house you will find other sun baths, a garden with a relaxation area furnished with a table and chairs.

The strong point of the house, is its capacity of reception, its conjuncture; we can easily move to several within the villa through the veranda and the corridor that runs along the bedrooms.
The view from the top veranda is beautiful we can contemplate the ocean and the surrounding cities.

Room side, you have available 5 air-conditioned rooms (beds 200/200, quality mattresses) including 2 parental suites with room of water each one (shower and a basin). A shared bathroom with shower, bath and double sinks is located near the rooms.
In one of the bedrooms, there is a bunk bed (CE approved) that can accommodate two children, an umbrella bed will be available.
These rooms are beautiful and large rooms, with new parquet floor and beautiful and large shelves, a bedside table is installed on each side of the beds with light fixtures. Opaque curtains will satisfy your greasy mornings.

Along the corridor you will find an independent toilet, access to the garden and the kitchen.

Located near the beach of Grande-Anse and all the shops of Petite île; bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, post office ... Access to the center of saint-pierre is fast: 10 minutes
In the village you will have provisions, supermarket, bar, bakery, restaurant ...
Quick access to all major tourist sites: Cilaos volcano, wild south (Langevin waterfall ...) and 40 minutes from the beaches of the West and their lagoons.
