Rent villa on the Costa Blanca Spain, located 500m from the beach of Ampolla, the center of Moraira, the seafront promenade and all services. (Ideal for walking to the beach and not using a car).
Ample covered terrace, and another non-covered where is the swimming pool, a small garden and a mobile barbecue.
The living area is about 230 m2. The land is completely fenced and its surface is 800 m². Location to park 3-4 vehicles.

Interior: the house, very spacious, is built on two floors.
Ground floor: a living-dining room with satellite TV, separate kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchen equipment, exit to the covered terrace and pool.
3 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds each. 1 bathroom with bath, wc, washbasin.
1st floor: (it is accessed by an internal staircase) composed of a large bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with bath, en suite, toilet and sink. (In the picture appear 2 single beds that will be replaced by a large bed) with access to the solarium.

Outside, a large terrace with swimming pool and Roman steps, outdoor shower, mobile barbecue, space for sunbathing on the sun loungers.
