First floor: (communicating via an internal staircase): Large bedroom with air conditioning (60 m2 studio) double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and sink with exit to the solarium from where you can contemplate a magnificent view of the sea and the pool.

Outside: 11x5 pool, with roman steps, completely secure for children's safety. Pergola with masonry barbecue and sink. Outdoor shower. Toilet with wc and washbasin.
A short distance takes you to the sandy beach "Puerto Blanco" (0.8 km), restaurants and the marina (0.8 km) in the center of Calpe (1.5 km). at a small supermarket (0.3 km) or at a supermarket (1.7 km).
Observations:Pets under 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 40 € for the stay. It is possible to accommodate an additional person.
