This ample villa is formed by 4 independent apartments. Each apartment has 120 m2 consisting of a living / dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The villa has a closed plot of 1,450 m2, where is the large swimming pool with deckchairs and a terrace area.

Ground floor: This floor is composed by 2 apartments with an independent entrance for each.
Apartment 1: (access by stairs from the parking) Living / dining room with comfortable furniture, Tv Tnt / Sat, air conditioning and an exit to a covered terrace. Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, one of the bedrooms with double bed and the other two with two single beds. A bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. And a toilet with sink and toilet.

Apartment 3: (access by stairs from the parking) Living / dining room with comfortable furniture, Tv Tnt / Sat, air conditioning and an exit to a covered terrace. Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. First floor: (Access by stairs outside) the upper floor is composed of 2 apartments with an independent entrance for each.

Outside: Terrace area where is the rectangular shaped swimming pool with dimensions 16x6 and metal ladder, and deckchairs all around the pool. Outdoor shower. Masonry barbecue to make good meals in the open air.

Only 1.8 km walk you reach the sandy beach of Calpe, promenade, restaurants and all the shops. Calpe village is 3.5 km approx. Parking in the plot for 5-6 cars.
Observations: It is possible to accommodate 2 additional people, extra price of 84 € per person / week. Pets are allowed, price of the stay 40 €
