The villa overlooks the famous bay of Lu Impostu,surely one the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

The main block is composed with a large living room with dining room, kitchen and bathroom.; from here a staircase leads to the lower level.
Faced with the living area, a large veranda offers a breath taking view of the bay and access to the pool area.
In the second block, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Also here a staircase leads to the lower level where you can find a beautiful relax area and a studio equipped with all types of multimedia entertainment.
There is also a technical areas of the pool and a fantastic sleeping area with two double bedrooms with private bathroom, gym and Turkish bath.
