The entrance of the villa consists of a stone paved path , while on the left there is an indoor parking place.
Villa is built on 2 levels : at the ground floor there are 3 ensuite double bedrooms and one of them is connected with a fourth single room which the owners usually employ for a 2 years old child.
At the same level there is the laundry room, the storehouse and another ensuite double bedrooms usually employed for the staff.
At the upper level there is the living area composed of a sitting room with its dining area , the kitchen in a separated room and a small bathroom.
Wide glass walls overlook the terrace placed in front of the swimming pool with a relax area equipped with sofàs and sunbeds.
The whole villa is surrounded by a wide garden with grass lawn.
Villa can hosts up to 8 adults with its 4 ensuite double bedrooms.
The Villa has been finely furnished and it’s characterised by a modern style refined in every single detail.
