The Villa is composed by two levels and two blocks.
You enter the villa through a stone path that leads to the first floor.
At the entrance on the left there is the swimming pool with the relaxing area.
At the first floor there is a wide living room, surrounded by a wood porch with large glass walls.
From the living room you can reach a separated and spacious kitchen provided with all comforts.
A staircase leads to a lower level composed by another living room which overlook the swimming pool, technical areas, the garage, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
In front of the living room you can reach the studio and the 4 main ensuite double bedrooms which have also a doorway at ground level.
All bedrooms have an independent entry.
Through the patio you can reach the dependence with the other two bedrooms with a bathroom.
The villa can boast a wonderful sea view on Lu Impostu and Puntaldìa.
Villa can host up to 10 adults.
