The villa is located in the urbanization Oltá, sparsely populated and close to a wooded area, ideal for walks in the nature and to enjoy a holiday in peace, and just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Calpe.
The villa can accommodate people with mobility issues.
It has 2 independent floors 170 m².
Closed ground of 800 m ², parking for 3/4 cars.
Ground floor: Large living / dining room with 1 air conditioning, satellite TV / TDT: (languages: French, English, German and Spanish) and with exit to the terrace which is facing the pool. Open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. Large bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioning unit. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a cliematisation device. 1 room where is the washing machine and a laundry outside.

1st floor: (reached by a ramp). Large living / dining room with panoramic views to the sea, 1 air conditioning, satellite TV (languages: French, English, German and Spanish). Open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers and other kitchen utensils. 1 large room, with sea views, containing 1 double bed and air conditioning unit. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an air conditioning unit. 1 bathroom with shower wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.

Outside: Bean-shaped pool (8x4 m) and Roman steps, outdoor shower and large sunbathing area.
Portable barbecue.

A short distance will allow you to access the city center of Calpe (4 km) as well as the sandy beach "Arenal-Bol"
(4.5 km) and to the supermarket (4 km).

Observations: Pets are welcome with a weight of less than 12 kg and with a supplement of 40 € for the stay.
It is possible to accommodate one more person with a supplement of 84 € per week.
