Large villa for 12 people, located in a quiet area of ​​Jalon 15km from Calpe.
The villa is on a large plot of 4.000 m2 totally fenced, beautiful garden with a wide variety of trees, basketball court and children's play area.
Large pool of 10x5 with Roman stairs. Covered barbecue where you can make a good meal outdoors.

Ground floor: Lounge / diner with Tv Tnt / Sat. Open kitchen fully equipped with gas stove, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave and cooking utensils.
Three bedrooms with double bed, one of the rooms with private bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

1st floor: (access by an outside staircase). Living / dining room with air conditioning unit, nicely decorated, TV Tnt / Sat, from the living room you have access to a covered terrace from which you can contemplate the magnificent view of the village of Jalon and its surrounding mountains.
Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
Two bedrooms with double bed and one of the rooms with private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A room with two single beds. A bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc.

Outside: you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool with dimensions 10x5 with Roman steps and outdoor shower. As well as prepare a good meal thanks to its masonry barbecue.
Parking inside the plot for 4-5 cars.

Calpe beach at 16 km.
