The farmhouse has recently been restored. It is available for rent all year and can accommodate 10 people.
You will appreciate its neat decoration and its comfort.

The swimming pool (5x11m) is fully fenced. Filtration is provided by a salt electrolysis system (no addition of chlorine). The tennis court is in "greenset".

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor:
The entrance serves the living room, the staircase leading upstairs, and the kitchen.
The living room (35m²) has a fireplace, a library area, access to the terrace, and a dining area.
The kitchen, independent, also has access to the outside and terraces, and a small space for meals.

Upstairs:
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first bedroom of 20m² has an office area and an adjoining bathroom.
A corridor continues and serves a bathroom, a separate toilet and three smaller bedrooms.
Two of them are equipped with double beds, the last of two single beds.

A second living room, equipped with a kitchenette, a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet is a small apartment that can be independent.

The living room is equipped with a television (with USB connection for hard disks or USB keys), a Bluetooth / wired speaker for audio broadcasting of the contents of your mp3 players.
