Well located on the French Riviera the villa accommodates eight people in four luxury rooms with bathroom. The villa can however accommodate up to 10 people with a fifth bedroom en-suite in the basement, perfect for a nanny or as a refuge for children.
The modern open kitchen is also fully equipped. Enjoy the sun comfortably seated in the sun loungers and prepare a delicious meal on the terrace with a Webber barbecue.

Keep fit in the air-conditioned gym and relax in the sauna or watch your favorite movie in the movie theater. The use of the villa's motorboat, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and mountain bikes for all ages will ensure plenty of activities for those who want a more active holiday.
The four bedrooms can be arranged with a double or twin bed and are equipped with a plasma TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.
Relax in the sauna or watch your favorite movie in the cinema room, both located in the basement.
