Unbelievable. This is an incredible villa. It is very private, yet situated fairly close to BeTulum. The villa and staff are phenomenal. The only note of criticism is that the pool is not heated at all and the spa did not have functioning heat. Other than that, everything at this villa was magical. The food prepared by the chef was divine. We had a lovely yoga instructor every other morning who was great. Bikes on property were perfect. Still dreaming about this location. The ground transfer from Cancun to Tulum was an absolute disaster though. We had too many bags to be able to fit comfortably in the vehicle they selected. For familys of 5 or more, I would have expected a Mercedes sprinter or comparable as it a two hour car ride and best to be comfortable to be able to nap.
