Located inside the biosphere reserve of Sian Kaan, this beautiful villa rests along the white sandy beaches of the Mexican Caribbean.
The barrier reef is just at swimming distance, and at the back of the property the lagoon brings you to ancient Mayan canals. 
The house sets new standards of eco-design and comfort, and brings you a full-board service.
The house has many open areas where you can relax, read a book or sun-bathe.
The roof terrace has exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon.
We give a lot of importance to dining and food. You can choose to eat in the formal dining room as well as any other part of the house like the roof top, the terraces, the decking or even the beach
The living area is at the centre of the house with a large sofa where you can play table games, watch films on a cinema screen, listen to music, or just enjoy the views of the sea.
Villa has 5 bedrooms (one attic bedroom with ladder access) and 4.5 bathrooms air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a king size bed, its own terrace, chairs and hammock.
On the other side two further bedrooms have 1 king size bed and 2 double beds, a big terrace, two balconies, and share the bathroom (ecological restrictions of the reserve).
