The villa has a surface of 230 m² and is on two levels.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 10 people and a modern open kitchen.
There is also a bathroom.
Two steps lead to a large bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with two single beds in each of the bedrooms.
These two rooms have a shared bathroom.
There is also the master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom.
The master bedroom has access to a large private veranda with splendid views that also leads to gardens.
On the lower level, in the living room and in front of the house there is a terrace with infinity pool, a pergola with a long table and pool chairs.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.
