This splendid luxury villa is located a few minutes by car from the historic city of Pollença, in northern Mallorca.
An absolutely magnificent property.
Upon entering through the large doors, you enter a large open living room with large sliding windows that let light into the living room and dining room.
The living room consists of a sofa, a large coffee table and a television.
From the elegant dining room, there are great views of the garden and the large palm trees.
You can also enjoy beautiful outdoor furniture on the terrace.
To the right of the entrance, you can enter the equally spacious kitchen which is fully equipped.
From the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace as well as a laundry room.
Downstairs, you have a double bedroom with a bathroom, as well as access to the terrace and garden.
Adjacent to the door of this room is a toilet.
On the left you have the large master suite which has a large double bed, a private balcony and a private bathroom.
All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and towels.
On the right are the three remaining bedrooms, including two bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathroom and a small private terrace and a double bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.
A ping-pong table, a games room and a swimming pool will certainly please the little ones!
On the garden side you have a covered terrace, a living room, a dining area and a barbecue to meet your holiday needs.
