Costa Rica vacation rentals : This is a luxury villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and BBQ area. Here you can admire spectacular mountain landscapes and the surrounding rainforest.
This villa features a spacious fully furnished kitchen, a large living room and a dining room. The living room and bedrooms open onto the large covered veranda and pool, with outdoor showers.
Both bedrooms have king size beds and an extra single bed. The bathrooms have large showers.
Equipment of the villa: cable TV, Dvd player, wireless internet, telephone, air conditionning, washer / dryer and all cooking facilities you may need.
The large windows of this villa make it ideal for viewing all the wildlife of the rainforest, including daily visits of squirrel troops and white-faced monkeys to this wonderful community.
The villa sleeps 4 to 6 people (1 extra single bed in each room) and is perfect for a single family or one or two couples looking for a romantic getaway.

50% 30 days prior to arrival.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed Mars 2016 Amazing place. Perfect for 2 couples. We enjoy the confortable house, the Nice swimming pool, and the visit of monkeys during breakfast. Dorit and other people of the property were very helpful and nice. One regret : we have to leave.

Stayed October 2017 This pictures do not do this place any justice. It was absolutely beautiful and walking distance to downtown quepos. Just a short drive to Manuel Antonio National Park also. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast by the pool and watched the monkey swing by in the nearby trees. It was so cool! Dorit and Jessica were beyond helpful with helping us with recommendations and booking reservations. We absolutely loved our stay!

Stayed November 2017 Hermosa casa , sobre la ladera de la montaña , demasiado bien equipada (más que en mi casa). Muy moderna y limpia. Ideal para dos parejas. Muy completa, con parrilla, una pileta increíble sobre la selva. Excelente la atención tanto de Dorit, Jessica y Janet. Muy predispuestos a ayudarnos. Una de las noches hubo un sismo muy fuerte y enseguida nos vinieron a ayudar uno de los hombres de seguridad ya que se había cortado La Luz en todo el pueblo. Sin dudas volvería y me quedaría más tiempo disfrutando de la casa. En el complejo hay una cascada muy linda , a la que nos acompañó uno de los chicos del lugar. Recomendación: no llegar de noche porque está aislada (pero muy bien ubicada, con mucha privacidad) y no hay luces en el camino.

Stayed January 2018 This place was a great and very last minute booking! The apartment was perfect for our stay, clean, very well managed and we will definitely recommend to all our family and friends who are blessed to visit Costa Rica. A great place to stay and celebrate the new year!
