This jewel is located just a few minutes from downtown Quepos, white sand beaches, and Manuel Antonio National Park. The quality of the building materials is exquisite: imported Italian tiles, French wooden doors with ornate stained glass panels leading to the master bedroom, a spacious and elegant master bathroom, and local hardwood finishes.
Because of its location at the end of the cul-de-sac, the house enjoys total privacy, as well as 24-hour security.
The three comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate 6 people. With full kitchens and outdoor BBQs, enjoy local markets, including the farmers' market on Saturdays, to prepare your own meals with fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables and freshly caught fish.
Outside the gated community, you will find a large variety of restaurants.
The villa will allow you to enjoy the lush tropical forest and wildlife: toucans, colorful macaws, monkeys and lazy adorable. Fruit trees and flowers are abundant on the property. The green areas cover a large part of the area with 5 km of hiking trails, small coves and waterfalls.
Guests also have access to Raindrop Spa, a new Balinese-inspired spa, beautifully landscaped, with outdoor gardens, and yoga and Pilates.
With various transportation modes easily accessible, you can enjoy a multitude of exciting activities in the area : zip line, whale and dolphin watching, para-sailing, deep sea fishing, bird watching, ecotourism, tennis, and golf to name a few.

Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed November 2017 Our stay in this villa was wonderful! We saw almost as many critters at the estates as we did elsewhere on our journeys. The house is comfortable and well appointed. There’s plenty of room, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Thanks for a lovely vacation!.

Stayed January 2018 The location in the rainforest was divine. We saw squirrel monkeys, scarlet macaws, morpho butterflies and more. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The owner and staff were helpful with advice and planning a tour. We notified them of some plumbing issues that were going to be taken care of
