Costa Rica vacation rentals : Built in 2016, this luxury villa is the vision of a Swiss couple who worked closely with their architect to create a masterpiece that represents the smug pleasures of life, passions and emotions.
It is the combination of 3 cultural beauties from Switzerland, Quebec and Costa Rica, which has also been designed using Feng Shui so that your stay is harmonious and relaxing, and you enjoy the breathtaking view that surround the house.
This sumptuous home has 5 bedrooms, all equipped with king size beds, 6 bathrooms including 1 outdoor shower.
This luxury villa can accommodate up to 10 people (4 extra single beds available upon request).
The living room and kitchen are fully open for you to enjoy the view on the outside, and can be closed completely thanks to the remote control of the electric blinds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed for your own personal chef who will make your 2 meals included daily (the cost of the food is extra).
The living room has its own terrace and is equipped with fans, a TV, a 2-level infinity pool and a jacuzzi. When you relax on the terrace, look up to see the toucans and macaws that fly every day right in front of you.
The house is 5-10 minutes drive from Quepos, Marina Pez Vela and the beautiful white sand beaches of Manuel Antonio and the National Park.

Additional information
All rates include fees, taxes, daily maid service, chef services for 2 meals a day (the cost of food is additional) and concierge service.
4 extra single beds available upon request.
Security Deposit Amount :
A refundable damage deposit of US$2,500 will be due either in cash on arrival or can be held on a Visa or Mastercard.
50% deposit when booking / 50% 30 days prior to arrival.
A Non-Refundable Damage Insurance Fee of $100 is paid with final payment.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.
This property has 24-hour Security, and is located in a gated community.

Stayed February 2017 Villa is just as beautiful in person! Woke up one morning with a sloth in the tree next to the pool, which was a very cool experience. Beds are very comfy, the chef was excellent and veryyyyy helpful! You will not wanna leave the pool the whole time you're there!!

stayed Mars 2017 This villa was AMAZING!! I can not say enough about how beautiful the house is. It had everything we needed for our spring break vacation with 2 families staying there (4 adults and 6 kids). With the pool open to the kitchen and living area, the kids were able to swim at-will while the parents relaxed on the comfy furniture. The house sits at the top of the hill, and the view and sounds of the jungle was unforgettable. We had monkeys, birds, sloths, and iguanas that we could enjoy watching from the comfort of the house. There is a TV that never needed to be turned on. The kids were completely entertained without modern technology. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, but the chef, May, was wonderful. She prepared delicious, fresh homemade meals so there is no need to go out to eat while there unless you want to. She even taught me how to make empanadas. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here as the house sits at the top of the canopy and has a short but steep drive up, but the road is paved and easy to navigate even at night. Dorit and Marcela in the office answered all our questions and helped set up any activity we wanted to do. They were very easy to get ahold of and happy to help. When we return to Costa Rica will definitely be staying in this villa again.

Stayed july 2017 Amazing Home! If you are use to the finer things, their is nothing finer in Quepos. Concierge is top notch not to mention the Chef. We had a time of our lives!
