Costa Rica vacation rentals : A magnificent view of the surrounding rainforest and the Pacific Ocean are the highlights of this villa. It can accommodate 14 persons (3 extra on request), with its 7 air-conditioned rooms and 8 bathrooms. It's perfect for special events or a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
This villa consists of a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen that connect to the huge deck and the private pool, with views of the ocean.
- On the second floor: There are 3 bedrooms, two of which overlook the lush rainforest and the beautiful ocean. The first has a king size bed, the second and third have a queen size bed.
- Below the main house: there is a 2 bedroom suite, each equipped with a queen size bed.
- In the annexed, located above the carport: there are the sixth and seventh bedrooms, both with a queen size bed.
The villa is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, telephone and all the cooking facilities you may need.

Additional information
A 50% deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve. The balance payment is due on arrival. In case of a cancellation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the deposit.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed January 2018 What a fantastic stay that exceeded all of our expectations. I am literally the family hero for booking with Dorit and her amazing team. The house itself is of course beautiful and spacious. We loved having the plunge pool directly accessible from inside the house. Daily visits from the monkeys playing in the trees immediately off our deck just added to the experience (and created some great video). The location was perfect for easy access to Manuel Antonio National Park, all of the amazing restaurants, and local shopping in Quepos. The advice provided on where to shop and secret local beaches just added to our vacation.

Stayed January 2018 Dorit’s place is located right next to Quepos (5 minutes walk) which has grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. It is located right near Manuel Antonio (10 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants). Location is very ideal. Staff was very friendly and place is big enoug for 4 adults. There is one very steep hill to access the condos and some cars were having trouble getting to the top. If you are driving an all wheel drive it should be okay though.
