The villa is located in the charming residence of Karukera. Composed of typically Creole villas, this unspoilt place is ideally located just minutes from the city of Saint-François.

With an extraordinary sea view, a private pool and the largest garden of the residence, you will spend a dream holiday on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean.

The villa was built on part of Guadeloupe very famous and protected called Pointe des Châteaux. It is close to many beaches and many tourist and sports activities.

A 300m walk from the beach of Anse à la Gourde and 2 km of tarare, the Caribbean villa is a villa of 130 sqm. It welcomes comfortably from 2 to 8 people.

The villa has a large private pool 11 meters long and 6 meters wide. It is surrounded by a Tropical Wooden Deck. On the beach of the pool, you will have high-end sunbathing to enjoy the sweetness of the trade winds and the sun.

The villa has a large garden of more than 1600 m². It is planted with many tropical species (coconut, palm, mango ...) and a large lawn. It offers you an extraordinary view of the sea (+ 180 °). You will discover the Desirade, the bay of Anse de la Gourde, the rock of Napoleon and surfers in action.

The villa has a spacious living room furnished with large comfortable sofas, solid teak furniture and an extra double bed. The dining room is furnished with Charles EAMES design chairs.

You will find at your disposal a TV, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system to enhance your stay. On the decoration side, a work by eBoy gives colors to the living room.

The kitchen has a view of the sea, is equipped with a flat pass to the terrace. It has a set of electrical appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, stove, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...

The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and mosquito nets.
In addition, we provide you with a cot for a child under 3 years.

ROOM N ° 1
The master bedroom has very pretty tropical wood furniture. It is equipped with a very pleasant four-poster double bed. This room has a view of the garden and the sea. It has a terrace with a Fermob bistro table to have breakfast away or read a quiet book.

ROOM N ° 2
The Atlantic bedroom overlooks the sea-side garden. It has a double bed and decoration in the theme of the Atlantic Ocean. You will find some winks of the island of Ré. This room is in navy blue tones.

ROOM N ° 3
This room is more for children with two single beds. However we can bring them together to make a third bedroom "couple". House of birds, pegs, stencils are there to make you live a relaxing atmosphere that will be completed by the songs of the tropical birds of the garden.
