This 6 bedroom holiday villa has been recently renovated for your comfort.
It is located near the charming and authentic Mallorcan village of Pollença in the north of Mallorca.
At the entrance there is a short driveway where you can park your car safely and a garage containing bicycle racks.
Go down the steps of the entrance hall and you will enter the fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room.
On the other side of the wall is the living room with very comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The 6 bedrooms are all en suite - the first room is a private double room.
The second bedroom is located just before the kitchen entrance and has a satellite TV.
The third bedroom is the master suite which has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a television and even access to the garden.
At the bottom of this room is the fourth and last in the main house: there are twin beds and a private shower room.
The last two bedrooms are in an independent apartment with private bathroom.
In the garden you will have the pool surrounded by a patio, sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is even a ping pong table for guests.
This villa is ideally located, quiet, out of sight, and will allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
