A newly renovated 6 bedroom holiday villa close to the charming Mallorcan village of Pollensa in northern Mallorca.
Entering through the front gate, there is a short driveway where you can securely park your car and a garage containing bike racks and a cyclist`s workbench.
Head down the steps from the entrance hall and you will enter the kitchen/dining area. .
On the other side of the dividing wall of this otherwise open plan space is the lounge with comfortable sofas and designer armchairs.

6 bedrooms are all en suite - the first bedroom has a private double bedroom.
The second bedroom is located just before you enter the kitchen and has a satellite TV.
Opposite this door, to the right of the entrance, is the master suite which has a double bed, en suite bathroom, a TV and even access to the garden
Down from this bedroom is the fourth and last in the main house: it has twin beds and an en suite shower room.
The last two bedrooms are in an independent apartment with en suite bathrooms.

In the garden is the swimming pool which is surrounded by a patio, sun beds and parasols.
There is even a ping pong table for competitive guests to enjoy a match.
