An electric gate leads to the main entrance.
There is also a very large underground parking area with direct access into the villa.
Steps at the main front door lead into an impressive, lofty entrance hall .On the ground level is a pretty interior patio.
The bedrooms are on a lower floor, (down several wide stairs) the same level as the pool, with the living area upstairs.
The lounge dining area occupies the huge central area of the villa.
It has wide sofas,TV ,table and bright modern artwork.
The kitchen is practical, clean and bright.

There are two twin/double bedrooms (beds are pushed together), each with an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.
The other twin/double has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
These three bedrooms have a view of the pool and gardens.
The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed and pull-out divan to make two twin beds.
It also has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.
This bedroom does not have access to the front terrace.
All bedrooms have fully-integrated air conditioning and heating.
On this ground level there is also a separate utility room .
There is also a side door on this level out to the pool and gardens.
