The villa is located in the charming residence of Karukera. Composed of typically Creole villas, this unspoilt place is ideally located just minutes from the city of Saint Francis. With a beautiful garden with many tropical fruit trees, a very large private pool, a sea view on the island of Marie Galante and a garden of 800m ², you will spend a dream holiday on one of the most beautiful islands of the Caribbean.

The villa was built on part of Guadeloupe very famous and protected called Pointe des Châteaux. It is close to many beaches and many tourist and sports activities. 300m walk from the beach of Anse à la Gourde and 2 km of tarare, the villa is a villa of 130m ². It welcomes comfortably from 2 to 8 people.

The private pool of the villa is very large. It is 12 meters long. On the beach of the pool, you will have "sunbathing chairs". At the end of this beach a carbet has been built to protect you from the sun and have an aperitif around the pool. Other shady terraces adorn the villa. They have all the necessary garden furniture (table and chairs).

The property has a large garden of more than 800 m². It offers a view of the sea side of the island of Marie Galante and an unobstructed view of one of the tropical parks of the residence. One of the assets of the villa is its flower garden and tropical fruit trees (banana, mango, passion fruit ..). A barbecue and garden furniture including a beautiful hanging chair and a hammock will allow you to organize meals and moments of rest according to your wishes.

The villa has a spacious living room furnished with large comfortable sofas, furniture in solid teak and bamboo. You will find at your disposal a television, a DVD player and a Hifi chain to decorate your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a flat pass open to the terrace. It has a set of appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...

The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each have mosquito nets. The villa offers 2 bathrooms.
In addition, we provide you with a cot for a child under 3 years.

Room # 1:
This room overlooks the garden and offers a magnificent view of the sea on the Marie Galante side. It is rather intended for children with its single beds with colonial frames. However we can bring them together to make a third bedroom "couple". Geometrically shaped frames give a perspective towards the garden and open towards the hanging chair.

Bedroom # 2;
The bedroom has a double bed. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in white mosaic shower with spaceinvadors.

Room # 3:
The bedroom has a double bed and is decorated with a piece of eBoy representing a pixelated city. The adjacent bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and a toilet.
