Costa Rica vacation rentals : This villa is located in the central Valley in San Jose, in the quiet Santa Ana district, just 15 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport. It is suitable for groups up to 10 people.
This beautiful Asian style home has a contemporary architecture. Facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, bar, barbecue and outdoor seating area with beautiful tropical flowers and mango trees, a great place to read or sunbathe. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room for up to 10 people, Wi-Fi, a telephone and a cable TV.
The master bedroom is very spacious. It features a skylight with exotic natural plants, a spacious bathroom with a rustic sauna and an aquarium with tropical fish from the Amazon.
The second bedroom is very large and is equipped with 2 double beds. This room also has a skylight with natural plants.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have 1 double bed and a skylight with natural plants. The fourth bedroom also has beautiful glass doors that lead directly to the pool. This piece also has a beautiful aquarium with exotic fish from Asia.
There are two additional single beds that can be installed if needed.

Prepayment info / cancellation :
To reserve, a deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
For cancellation made with more than two weeks the deposit will be forfeited.
For cancellation made with less than two weeks, the cancellation fee is 100%. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the deposit.
Prepayments and deposits are accepted by: online payment / PayPal or international wire transfer. Onsite payments are accepted in cash (USD) or travelers checks.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed March 2017 La casa es un lugar ideal para escapar. Disfrutamos de una semana tranquila en la gran casa encantadora. La distribución es ideal para grupos grandes. Nos sentimos como si tuviéramos un complejo privado para nosotros solos. Las habitaciones eran amplias y todo era una delicia. el servicio de limpieza diario era una absoluta delicia especialmente tener mis nietos de 2 adolescentes. Todos los días la casa estaba impecable. Buena ubicación con fácil acceso a la ciudad, restaurantes, mercados o cualquier otras atracciones cercanas. Hora de salida el animal jardines de rescate - ¡increíble!

Stayed January 2017 Very nice home. Management company was great, very punctual, more than helpful with anything needed, cleaning service was fantastic. Came every day to clean and some gardening.

Stayed March 2017 Lovely house close to everything : There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the spacious comfort of this lovely house. The floor plan made us feel like we had our own private resort. The daily maid service was a great treat. The house was spotless everyday. The pool was wonderful and a great way to while away the afternoons. Over all a really relaxing vacation spot.
