Costa Rica villa vacation rentals : This 465 sqm contemporary tropical villa has 8 bedrooms with 9 bathrooms spread over four levels of terraces. Tropical design influences are evident everywhere. The house is decorated with exotic wood furniture, rich fabrics and ethnic accessories producing a tropical and luxurious effect. This house can be rented as a 5 or 8 bedroom villa and can accommodate up to 18 people. Ask for a special price!
This villa will allow you to enjoy the security because it is located in a private gated community with security 24 hours. The reception offers information to organize your visits, a free concierge service, and comfort knowing that you will be taken care of during your stay. Do not forget to take advantage of the on-site spa.
The main villa consists of a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen that connect to the huge deck and refreshing pool with ocean views. The large windows of the main house allow great brightness. It is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, telephone and all the cooking facilities you may need. You can watch the monkeys on the terrace, or enjoy a delicious barbecue while watching the beautiful Costa Rican sunset.
On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, two of which overlook the lush rainforest and the beautiful ocean. Each room has air conditioning as well as its own private bathroom. There are two queen beds and one king size bed. A beautiful outdoor terrace connects the three bedrooms upstairs.
Below the main villa is a suite with the 4th and 5th bedrooms, equipped with 1 king and 1 queen, 2 en-suite bathrooms and two balconies. You can sit and enjoy the view in the spacious living room.
The 6th bedroom of the villa is located above the carport and has a king size bed, a private bath and its own private balcony with magnificent views.
Below the carport is the 7th bedroom with a qeen size bed, a private bathroom, and views of the rainforest.
The 8th bedroom is available for large groups with 2 queen size beds, a private bathroom and a balcony.
A magnificent view of the surrounding rainforest and the Pacific Ocean are the highlights of this villa.

Prepayment info / cancellation :
A 50% deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve.
The balance payment is due on arrival.
In case of a cancellation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the deposit.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed : Feb 2016 Awesome house! My family of 8 stayed at this Villa for a week in February 2016. The house was very convenient for us & we had a great time. The deck/balcony area was right in the middle of heavy jungle-like landscaping.....it was so awesome! Every day we saw many, many different animals. They came so regularly that we could start to expect which animal to see at certain times. From our deck, we regularly saw toucans, howler monkey, squirrel monkeys, red-headed woodpeckers, and more. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house to any large group & I am looking forward to the next time we visit!

Dream Girl's Vacation The staff was super friendly and attentive. The Chef was amazing. All of requests were responded to in a timely fashion. The information on the website was representative of the actual property. I did not realize the house was completely open to nature, but that was a bonus! Our view was amazing and our space was very private. The property was clean, for the most part. They gave us access to a few extra rooms since no other parties were in the house and those extra rooms needed some basic cleaning, but they jumped right on it and apologized immediately. The service was great; they got us cabs, translated for us and kept us to date on the activities we could do. We went zip-lining, atv-ing, waterfall repelling, sailing/snorkeling, we partied with the locals in the city and one of us took advantage of the massage parlor and loved it! I would highly recommend to any group, large or small, to give them a try. 2015-12-01
