Stayed August 2017 Fabulous stay : The resort was beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. We chose this resort because it appeared very appropriate for Belize and did not look like every other resort. When we got there, we were impressed by how well kept the grounds and facilities were. The best part of the resort was the staff! They were so helpful and truly wanted us to have a great stay. When we first arrived we were issued a 2nd floor room that was beautiful but we really needed a ground floor. They moved us immediately to a beautiful ocean front ground floor room. Henry was fantastic making sure were able to do all of the things we wanted to do. He spoke to us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and also spoke to us each day. He gave us a lot of information about the beach, the jungle and answered any question we had. He got a fresh coconut from the tree and cut the top off so we could drink it, when we wanted to see an iguana, he caught one for us to see and then released it carefully. Sirilo (spelling) was awesome, the wait staff at the restaurant and bar were wonderful and the young ladies who brought us cookies at night were great. The breakfasts were always good. Dinner was good too but a little overpriced and the menu got old quick. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. We are already planning our next vacation and will go back to this resort.

Stayed September 2017 Amazing Staff & Service : We recently visited Belize for the first time with another couple and stayed at this resort. We initially had contact with Pauline the reservations manager when we were inquiring about the resort. She always responded quickly, thoroughly answered all of our questions and was very informative. Once we arrived to the resort after a LONG day of travel, we were greeted with a welcome drink and very attentive & friendly staff. When we woke up our first morning there we found that the complimentary breakfast is delicious and the wait staff is equally as impressive as the front desk employees. Then we met Henry the concierge. He quickly made sure we had everything we needed, answered questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay in Belize. He takes pride in this resort and making sure guests feel like family and not a job. The rooms and grounds are very well kept. Our room was tidied up every morning and in the evening some very nice ladies came around to do a turn down service and brought us a plate of cookies. We had a great trip and a lot of that is because the staff at this resort provided everything we needed and excellent service. We will definitely return to Belize and will stay at this resort again.
