Portugal Luxury Villa Rental situated on a superbly sized plot of 5000 square metres and overlooking the Millennium Golf Course, this villa enjoys an idyllic and peaceful location whilst only being a few minutes drive from the famous Vilamoura Marina. This property is available to rent as a five-bedroom villa or a nine-bedroom villa depending on the required level of occupancy.

The villa benefits from a centralized air conditioning system with individual controls in each room; a surround sound system; a gymnasium; steam room; cinema and games room with pool table and bar; wireless internet connection and both cable and free view satellite channels. The villa has around 1000 square meters.

The accommodation comprises:

On the ground floor:
The garden level right wing consists of the entrance; a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV and distinctive high ceiling with wooden beams; the dining area with seating for 12 people; the fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast area; guest cloakroom and bedroom nr. 1, with access to the living areas and pool terrace through large doors that are suitable for a wheelchair. Bedroom nr. 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower suitable for a wheelchair too.
The garden level left wing houses bedrooms 2 to 4 and master bedroom nr. 5. Bedrooms 2 to 4 have double beds, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. The master bedroom overlooks the side garden.
The air conditioning for cooling and heating has individual remotes for each room.

On the minus one floor:
This level gets plenty of natural light from the windows due to the specific way that the villa was built and designed. There is a large cinema room with pool table and bar; a gym with 3 pieces of equipment; a steam room next to a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machines.
On the left wing of the lower level there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the other with twin beds, all with wardrobes. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower with a shower on each side, suitable for two adults.
There is also the nearby shower room next to the steam room. On the right wing of the lower level there is another bedroom with twin beds, suitable perhaps for staff or for a nanny, with a full bathroom and area with table and chairs. Once again there are air conditioning split units in each room.

Outside:
The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and has an overflow facing the golf course. There is a gas BBQ, lounge areas, covered terraces and outside dinning area with seats for 18 people.

Clients booking the 5 bedrooms rate have access to all of the 5 garden level bedrooms, plus the facilities on the lower level, namely the gym, games/cinema room, laundry, the steam room and shower room.
Clients booking the 9 bedrooms rate have access to the additional lower level 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
