Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
5C Suite is on the third floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and has an en-suite full bathroom that includes a walk in shower. It has beachfront ocean views and its own private side veranda as well as access to the main veranda.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds which can be used separately or that can be joined to make a king size bed, ample closet space, and en-suite full bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with a large closet space, and a full detached bathroom.

Minimum Stay : 3 Nights Low Season | 7 Nights Peak Season and 5 Nights High Season
Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

Stayed December 2016 : Great! Our family of 5 adults stayed at this resort for the last week in December 2016 through a condo rental. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Our condo was well appointed and had a great floor plan with a spacious deck overlooking the pool and the sea. It looks even better in real than the online photos. One of the wonderful things about where it's located is that there are several excellent restaurants at nearby resorts that are either within walking distance or have complementary transportation by boat. Of course, you can also get there and elsewhere with a rental golf cart. Jessica, the guest services manager, is superb. She did a great job of communicating and making arrangements for rentals and tours in advance and was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Her culminating feat was when she very quickly got our golf cart rental overpayment quickly sorted out after we had already left.

Stayed March 2017 : Perfect Vacation! Our traveling group "vacation scoundrels" loved our stay at this resort. The property was beautiful, quite, clean and perfect for our group. Jessica is amazing and made our stay! She set up some amazing excursions and had great recommendations, she was "always" there for us when we had questions or needed something! Coming back! :)
