Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
4B Suite is on the second floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with its en-suite full bathroom that includes a walk in shower and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with a large closet space, and a full detached bathroom.

Minimum Stay : 3 Nights Low Season | 7 Nights Peak Season and 5 Nights High Season
Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

Stayed September 2017 Great spot for small groups or families! Our host Jessica was amazing. She was able to hook us up with all the local activities with quality providers. We snorkeled Shark-Ray Alley, reef fished and tarpon fished. Jessica also provides a great massage according to my wife and her friend. Jessica even arranged our golf cart and taxi to and from the airport. Our condo (4B) was roomy, clean, well stocked with linens and had a GREAT view. We just got back (9/6/2017) and felt like we had the entire community/island to ourselves. The pool was right outside our door (like all units) and was meticulously cleaned by the grounds folks. I really enjoyed the community A LOT. Not having a bar/restaurant on site was OK because it forced us outside to other spots which we really enjoyed.

Stayed April 2017 Wouldn't change a thing. We had the best time at this resort. Jessica and the staff make everything easy and gave great restaurant and activity recommendations. The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The resort is away from the busy town, but not too far to go for dinner, so you truly get the best balance. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby as well if you don't want to drive to town.
