Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
3C Suite is on the third floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of Indigos pool and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples. All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with a walk in shower and a walk in closet space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean and pool view, and offers access to the main veranda.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be used separately or that can be joined to make a king size bed.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Minimum Stay : 3 Nights Low Season | 7 Nights Peak Season and 5 Nights High Season
Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

Stayed June 2017 Home-Beach-Home : All units are 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Fully equipped with everything you need IF you choose to cook. If not, just wake up to the ocean waves and enjoy the outstanding view. The unit itself is tastefully decorated for the location. Six of us stayed 10 nights and had no complaints except you cannot swim in the ocean off the beach, but that is the case everywhere and there is no bar or restaurant on site as this is condos. You do need a golf cart to get around - but it is nice to get back to a quiet location after an exciting day out! I would highly recommend this resort !

Stayed March 2017 Great Vacation. We just got home from our wonderful vacation where we stayed at this resort. We stayed for 8 days and it was great. The beach homes are very nice and has a great ambiance. We loved how quiet it was. We were always grateful to come back to our quiet resort after we had been in town that was so busy! Jessica did a great job setting up our day trips. Her contacts and experience really come in handy. She was knowledgeable about guides and trips. It is nice to have her right on site. Jessica knows her stuff, she is very good at what she does. The road to and from town was a adventure and fun. It added to the trip. Many restaurants and bars both north and south of indigo. We didn't want to go home. If your looking for a relaxing and peaceful property Indigo is your place!
