Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
3A Suite is on the first floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of Indigos pool and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples. All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with a walk in shower and a walk in closet space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean and pool view, and offers access to the main veranda.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be used separately or that can be joined to make a king size bed.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

Stayed Feb 2017 Très bel appartement tout confort décoré avec goût très belle vue bien entretenu. La responsable efficace mais un peu froide. Hotel magnifique. Super vacances Belize est un très beau pays. Les gens tous très sympathique. Très diversifiés sur le point paysage que sur les occupations. Très riche en histoire. Pour les sportifs vous avez le canyoning, la tyrolienne, le cheval, le gréco etc tout pour passer de super vacances à Belize.

Stayed August 2017 The resort is 4.5 miles north of San Pedro. The location is fantastic. Close enough to San Pedro for easy trips in using a golf cart. Close to a small market. A stones throw to the Secret Beach Road. You also are not far away from Rojas and Portifino where you can dine beach side. The resort has a pier where white sands dive shop will pick you up the morning of your excursion. We stayed in unit 2B. It was very well equipped. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals or make your frozen drinks. Jessica, the property manager, is always there to help you. The resort is maintained well and the pool is fantastic. 2B was well appointed with cozy sheets, beach towels, bathing towels and toiletries. The living room furniture is very comfortable with a large television. The cable and wifi worked excellent. Mid week a maid comes and cleans and washes the linens. There is a washer/dryer unit that you can use as needed. All around, it was a great resort. I would definitely recommend this resort.
