This beautiful traditional Maisonette, of approximately 60sqm, is accessible via a flight of traditional stone stairs which lead into a bright and airy living space. The entrance leads to a very modern, contemporary holiday let accommodation, which also incorporates elements of the traditional Maltese style, with a typical open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes it ideal for cooking tasty home-cooked meals. The living area comprises of a flat screen tv with cable channels and a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and also comes fully air-conditioned. The designers have specifically recreated the traditional vintage style, through patterned tiles that embellish the entire maisonette. Just off of the living space, one finds a double bedroom, adorned with the same patterned tile and a neutral colour palette, which perfectly complements the modern white furnishings. This bedroom is as quaint as they come, and also features an innovative walk in closet, accessible by four wooden stairs. The bedroom is also fully equipped with air-conditioning, and neutral colours dominate the colour scheme. A cute Juliet balcony is also accessible from this bedroom via a small step, and this looks out on the adjoining street and down to the sea. This balcony can also conveniently be closed off with wooden blinds, perfect for sleeping in.
