The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, en-suite bathroom and Queen size bed. In the main house, there are 2 additional bedrooms next to the living area: one offers 1 set of bunk beds and a double bed (sleeps four in total) with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom.  In addition there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed and again, a wonderful sea view.
The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area, a private gazebo, and large Weber gas BBQ.
The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. Bedroom six offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The seventh bedroom offers 1 set of bunk beds and a double bed (sleeps four in total) and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, large garage area to include a ping pong table, laundry room and a full generator. Eventually, there is a fully equipped fitness room with TV, sofas and A/C.
