You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa. Assistance in boat charters, sunset cruises arranged and restaurant suggestions and shopping tips etc are included. Chefs, babysitters, scuba lessons, massages, and even provisioning can be arranged at an additional charge.
This 3 bedroom 3 bath stucco home with cobalt blue shutters offers extreme privacy and spectacular views from each room. With cool white ceramic tiled floors, cable TV and ceiling fans in each room....tropical furnishings ...each bedroom is located on a separate level to afford maximum privacy. Wi Fi access in all rooms and the terrace makes staying in touch on your laptop or ipad a cinch.
The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel professional range and warming drawer and stainless microwave and double door refrigerator, 30 bottle wine cooler and beverage refrigerator. The stocked pantry offers spices, condiments, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rice etc.
The canopied terrace features barbeque grill and accommodates 8 for al fresco dining....or dine in the dining room overlooking the bay. Steps lead through tropical vegetation and prehistoric boulders to the sundeck at the water's edge. Snorkel on your own private reef or relax on the deck with a book or watch the world go by.
Experience a one of a kind bathing experience in our al fresco bath..., the moon and the stars are your ceiling.
Located on the exclusive Peterborg Peninsula....only 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie where world class shopping and gourmet and local restaurants abound. Mahogany Run golf course is 10 minutes away by car and excursions to nearby islands are available by ferry or seaplane.

Our family arrived to the Paradise ready to relax and enjoy the sites. The villa did not disappoint! The views are amazing and the snorkeling off of the deck is plentiful and varied. The house was perfect for relaxing and plenty big for our family of 6. Our host was very informative and accommodating. He was able to help us with finding grocery stores and recommending places to visit and eat! We totally recommend this house and we will be back! Tim and Anna S. Fayetteville Ga.

My husband and I stayed here with our parents. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom was set up with its own private bathroom and each one had its own unique style. The upper deck was amazing and we spent much of our time enjoying the views and dining here. The lower deck was equally stunning (if not more), but it was a bit of a walk to get there. For that reason and due to the number of stairs I would not recommend to the elderly or handicapped. We greatly appreciated the preprogrammed GPS and made good use of it. We also used the beach chairs and towels and snorkelling gear and visited a different beach each day of the week. Overall, the house was wonderful and our stay was amazing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Kat was a great host, she always answered our questions, the outside shower was a hit with four out of the five including our 12 year old granddaughter, the house was clean the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great, we went snorkeling at the house once, there were large fish to be seen close by because of the coral , you do have to be able to climb down over the rocks, but not a great task, overall we really enjoyed your house.
