In a recent building (parking + elevator) on Trumpeldor, just a few steps from the beach, 60 m² apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 sofa/convertible double and 1 bathroom, with air conditioning. You have an intimist and quiet balcony with sea view, a spacious living room with tv satellite cable and wifi.

The whole apartment is furnished and designed for you to spend a pleasant holiday in the seaside.
The bedroom is also a shelter bedroom (in case of war) as a result, once the door closed is the ideal calm for a good night's sleep. The bedroom is all furnished: big closet for your comfort and convenience.
In the bathroom, you have a large bath, washing machine and dryer.

The double bed has an electric bed allowing you to change the position of your head, your torso and legs to achieve the ideal position for sleeping or watching television.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities (microwave, oven, Nespresso machine), TV cable, Wifi.
Furthermore, all the water in the apartment has filtered so you can drink it safely.

It is on the 2nd floor of a quiet street and the bedroom is on the rear side of the building.
