Our house, located at the corner of President Borrero and Gaspar de Sangurima, was built in the 19th century and is inhabited by important personalities, including the painter Gaspar de Sangurima and the Jesuit mission of Jean-Baptiste Stiehle, also known as the houses. In charge of the construction of the Cathedral of Cuenca.
The restoration preserved and saved the architecture of this beautiful traditional house, a sample of the nineteenth century, incorporating elements Baroque, Mediterranean, neocolonial.
At the beginning of 2012 begins to work the Hotel Boutique highlighting the traditional hospitality in its warm, classical and elegant atmosphere.

« This small local hotel has it all, location in the center of beautiful downtown Cuenca, a picturesque central covered courtyard, large comfortable rooms with character, modern bathrooms (shower to die for), and a cute airy breakfast area.
