It is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
Two toilets one in the rez of putting on and the other on the floor near the two rooms.
The heater is a floor heater transmitted by an air-to-air heat pump.
The television is cabled, unlimited telephone throughout Switzerland.
The smoke detector or push-button fire detection system is connected to an alarm and intervention center. Emergency lighting. Anti-intrusion system by motion detector.
Door under alarm. Electronic eye.
The apartment has speakers allowing you to connect via your smartphone via bluetooth.
Access control by QRcode or numeric code.
When the digital key is activated, the door opens, the alarm is disconnected and the light in the apartment lights up. When you leave the apartment, by passing a card in front of the reader lying near the door the apartment is put back under alarm and you turn off the light.
