Our use of recycled and natural materials, stone and wood, keeps with our unique design language and our path to a cleaner, healthier and more considerate world.

The space includes:
 Wooden accommodation spaces and rooms with shower and toilet along with areas for relaxation or shared activities.
 A wide open, restaurant grade, Kitchen and bar. Highly equipped, next to the tea plants and herbs bed.
 An indulging, lush, green patio with heated, wide open, paddling pool. Trampoline, stone grill and a mud taboon.
 A ping-pong table, a rampage area, a TV/presentations Seating Area, kids and adults games to play together.
 A comforting wine and beverage bar, espresso machine, hammocks and a sunbathing area and a huge library.

The magnificent complex of "Hadasaar Together", a luxurious interior and patio, enables events of all kinds for up to 60 guests in a unique atmosphere and with utmost privacy.

Desert Culinary – chefs Meals & Workshops:

Our story is an Israeli story that combines love of nature and desert with a true ideology of a sustainable local economy, one that has grown over time and has become an essential part of us: Practical sustainability and recycling, wines from boutique wineries in the Negev, cheeses from outback farms, local art and crafts, organic vegetables from the region, medicines from desert plants and more.

Our content and space combine knowledge from the best farmers and manufacturers in the region. Each workshop and delicacy was chosen carefully and represents the special story we chose to tell. These are content that benefits the world. And so are the hands that make them. By ordering content and meals, you encourage and strengthen local desert creation and action, people and tastes that, in turn, open back their hearts to you.

We invite you all to experiential content or to a meal - to taste, to experience and to feel a sustainable desert being.

About the owners:

Hi. Nice to meet you!
We are Hadas and Saar, or in short, Hadasaar.

We arrived in Mitzpe Ramon as a young couple with 3 dogs, two cats and a desire to start a family and find our path.
The desert called us, so we responded to the call and with four hands, and from the concept of sustainability we established Hadasaar Together - an alternative and indulging accommodation space for high quality groups and families.

Our love for the desert connects to the basis of home, family, and faith. Alternative Desert hosting is the essence of hospitality in our eyes. We invite you, along with us, to taste the peace and tranquility and breathe clear and fresh desert air.
