Terms and Conditions
- The price listed is for the exclusive use of the villa and all amenities for up to 10 people.
- Rates are inclusive of complimentary daily breakfast, internet connection, welcome drink & cold towels upon arrival.
- Rates are subject to 5% Service Charge.
- Rates are not includes gratuities, telephone, meals, cars, and drivers.
Check In time 2.00 pm and Check Out time 12:00.
- Early check in is depends on villa availability.
- Late check out until 18:00 is charged 50% from the existing contract rate and after 18:00 consider a full night charge applied unless prior notice is negotiated.
Payments and Cancellations
- deposit of 50 % of the rental amount must be transferred on receiving confirmation of reservation.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
