Villa offers a magnificent setting with its 40 m² terrace overlooking the natural stone overflowing pool, the turquoise water of the lagoon and the blue ocean.
With direct access to the beach by a staircase, it offers beautiful relaxation areas (dining table, sofa, armchairs, sunbathing, mattress ...) as well as a barbecue for your grills.
The villa is secured (fence + automatic gate + alarm), and has space to park two cars. Outdoor parking if required.

INTERIOR
In the extension of the terrace, the spacious living room is a real place of conviviality under its magnificent framework of exotic wood. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, satellite channels and Wi-Fi internet access.
The open kitchen is fully equipped.
The four rooms are air-conditioned and all have a charming bathroom and toilet (they all have a double bed, and a hairdryer is present in each bathroom). A bedroom with single bed (and / or cot if needed) can be made available if you are 9.
