This Non-smoking Garden Home has been totally remodeled and newly furnished in comfortable southwestern style to augment its Colorado tile floors. The living room, dining room and bedrooms have vaulted ceilings to add to its spaciousness. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a play shower with a view of its double-sided fireplace (for those romantic evenings). The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and for extra guests, there is a queen-sized AeroBed that inflates itself in 60 seconds. The kitchen is a cook’s delight and features Professional Cookware, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Bagel Toaster, Blender, Food Processor and Microwave Oven. Outside on the private patio, there is a Char Broil Gas Grill, complete with stovetop burner. Also located on the private patio is a new 8ft. by 8ft, 7+ person spa, great for relaxing and entertaining. The heated swimming pool is conveniently located right outside the front door and has a splendid view of the mountains. It is shared with the Gay owners of this Warm Sands 4-unit complex.
