We are perfectly located (shops and restaurants are plentiful and close by, no need to drive) in a quiet family area with the best views in Newport Beach on the California Riviera. Have the best of BOTH - the Ocean and the Bay!! We are bay beachfront (water and sand 30ft away) and on a turning basin with all the boating activity one can expect in one of the worlds most beautiful harbors which hosts the world famous Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade (turns in front). Cross one street for the ocean too! We are located where the ocean water is closest to the boardwalk and can be seen from the Casas. Casa 227 is a beautifully decorated first-level beachfront Casa. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and a fully-appointed upgraded kitchen. Due to our unique location, you can't get closer to the water and sand if you tried! It's approximately 30' away! In addition to our beachfront location, we are also located on one of the turning basins in the harbor. Watch the boats pass by from the comfort of your living room, and of course, from your large private front courtyard (which is great for outdoor dining). The courtyard is covered and walled (with beautiful gardens including star jasmine and gardenias) on both sides offering a feeling of privacy and unmatched coziness while enjoying the gorgeous full bay and beach views. It also affords front-row seating for the fourth of July Boat Parade and the world-famous Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. This home was recently extensively renovated. The interior is beautifully decorated. and super clean!

Completely redone. All hardwood floors hand distressed. The baths are done in limestone. Beautiful large gourmet kitchen with professional stainless steel appliances. Unbelievable view of the bay/beach from the living/eating area and , of course, from your large cobblestone paved front courtyard with lovely plants.

It offers a living room, dining area, and a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen (including a Viking range). This home was recently extensively renovated. The floors, including the master bedroom floor, are lovely maple hardwood. The living room has a lovely seagrass rug atop the wood. The fully-appointed gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a professional Viking range, granite counter tops, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen is open to the living room and has plenty of views. There is a laundry off the kitchen. The decor is upscale beachy with slip-covered furniture and beautiful artwork. It's painted in a soothing neutral palette -- designed to enhance the lovely water view. The flat screen TV/DVD/VCR are housed in beautiful Lexington Seaside armoir.
