This spacious self-catering apartment has a beautiful double bed. An extra single bed can be added on request. There is ample cupboard space and the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and stove. There is also a comfortable lounge suite. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
There is easy access to the garden as well as the porch and braai area. Breakfast is included in the rate and dinner, lunch packs or gourmet picnic baskets can be made on request.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival: forfeit the full deposit.
- Cancellation from 7 – 29 days prior to the date of arrival: forfeit 60% of the deposit.
- Cancellation from 30 days or more, prior to the date of arrival: 10% of the deposit.
- Amounts paid in full on the date of arrival is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

From our arrival we where greated and treated with genuine friendlyness and warmth. Service was great, our room was fantastic, and the ambiance was peacefull, close to heavenly. Our children could play freely outside in the beautiful garden that was safe and secure.

I stayed a month at this B&B. Susan, the owner, Clenkey, and Martha, the staff, all made me feel right at home. They are amazing! The B&B room I had (rm. 8) had a kitchenette and had a double bed and twin bunk beds, along with a sofa, chair, and desk with chair. Very comfortable. The bed slept like a dream with a blanket and duvet to keep me warm. The breakfast was excellent and made to order. Yogurt with granola and other condiments, eggs (I asked for only one be served to me), an assortment of meats that differed each day (fish, bacon, sausages, mince), fruits, toast and muffins. Delicious with coffee and juice. Their motto is "check in; breathe out" and that fits these surroundings. The grounds are beautiful, the service was excellent, and it felt like home. I found it very welcoming. Definitely a place I would return to again.

What a splendid and pleasant guesthouse. Myself and six colleagues stayed there early May, and the hostess welcomed us with a beautiful fire, something to drink and everything sorted. It was an excellent experience. Allowing the use of the home to sit together and work. The whole team was very accommodating, ultra flexible, presented excellent breakfasts, and accommodated every need. We will gladly stay there again and recommend it to all those needing a comfortable stay in Pretoria.
