The villa is a stylish, one-of-a kind, custom-built home with amazing 5,000 sq ft of living space within two acres of flower gardens with swings, a little soccer field and a two story tree house. The house is perfect for families, romantic luxury breaks and retreats. The setting and scenery of the villa are spectacular, as it is sitting on six acres of private land, and in a green valley of the dramatic Andes mountains, right at a beautiful lake, with 5min walking distance to the village.

Relax in the unique, open concept home with stylish (yet child friendly) interior design. Enjoy your private super size outdoor hot tub or one of the two ample living rooms with comfy couch and spectacular views over the valley. The adobe, wood and stone build Villa is an ideal getaway for families with children, gatherings, outdoor enthusiasts, or those who are looking for a quiet place to write, paint or learn Spanish. The property is an ecological place with a bio-dynamic garden and a bee sanctuary. We use only organic cleaning supplies and natural materials.

The area is a must see: Vivid indigenous culture, 350 days of sun, amazing nature for outdoor activities, authentic rural villages for crafts/ antique shopping, just 90min from Quito airport. Your home away from home is nestled into corn fields and surrounded by a professionally landscaped garden, with lots of room for your children. There are amazing views from every corner of the house.

The huge living room with floor to ceiling windows and views to the lake has a super sized sofa, a standing free, tree shaped fireplace, and a dining area for up to 12. Furthermore the Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and its traditional wood burning bread and pizza oven.

The spacious Master Bedroom has windows to three sides, King size bed, a sofa bed, fireplace, desk, cabinet, sitting area, direct access to the outdoor hot tub in the patio, private bathroom with rainfall-shower AND family size bathtub, as has the second bedroom, with queen size bed, sofa bed, desk, wardrobe and windows to two sides. Across the hall from the master bedroom is an additional bedroom with two Double beds, sitting area, floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of books. Downstairs has the optional guestroom for up to four, a laundry room and a games room with lots of toys for children of all ages.

We – the German owners family – live in our own house next to the gate and will be happy to assist during your stay – just as much as you like, but we will always respect your privacy. Your house is standing free in a two acre landscaped perennial garden with a big outdoor playground and BBQ area. Furthermore and attached at the back of the garden, we have 4 acres pasture land, where we run a small Equine Therapy Program with 6 horses, and the bee sanctuary.
