We reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee, should confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
- 35 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
- 60 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days or less prior to arrival or no show
- Non – payment of deposits will be treated as a cancellation of the reservation.
- In the case of non – arrivals, guests will be held responsible for the total cost of the reserved accommodation.

I found The House a perfect choice for a weekend and mid-week stay. It is central to all the areas I needed to access in the city, but with a homely and peaceful stay. The staff were brilliant, making the checking in and out process quick and easy. Delicious breakfasts suitable to all different palates, including healthy options with good coffee. I hope to return!
