Our Villa, directly above Lake Atitlan, is spacious and artistic, casual-zen in spirit, and furnished with an impressive selection of art that lends it an oriental sensuality. The Water Jaguar has two luxurious and private bedrooms that accommodate up to four guests. On the ground floor the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an unobstructed, floor-to-ceiling panoramic view of the lake and volcanoes. The spacious adjoining bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a grand four-poster canopy-draped queen-size bed under a thatched cathedral ceiling and adjoining bathroom.

Both levels have expansive outdoor terraces with panoramic lakeside views, and a large corner fireplace serves as the centerpiece of the comfortable and spacious living area. The fully equipped kitchen will tempt the inner chef in you, or pamper yourself and have our private chef prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a private outdoors grilling and dining area, perfect for barbecuing. Lastly, the Villa enjoys access to our outdoor Jacuzzi. Relax and sip champagne under the stars alongside the tranquility of the lake.

Our Villas are designed to satisfy the needs and desires of the most discerning traveler to wonderful Lake Atitlan. A deep crater lake famously described by Aldous Huxley as one of the most beautiful in the world. We are located eastward at km 2 on the paved road between Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo. Each of our four villas nestle the lakeside and are on the hillside among tropical gardens, each with an unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding volcanoes.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the complimentary kayaks, canoes, sculling shells, numerous outdoor lounge areas and swimming and snorkeling areas. Take a siesta in a secluded hammock, experience the sunset from your private dock, watch the abundant bird life from a private corner in the tropical garden, meditate on the lakeside, do yoga while listening to rhythmic waves, or enjoy a relaxing outdoor massage on your private terrace. The magic of the lake is everywhere.
