Greece Villa Vacation Rentals 3 Bedroom with sea view and private pool in Aghios Nikolaos in Crete   (3)

We stayed at this superb complex of 9 villas for a week from the 2nd August 2016. We were upgraded on arrival to another villa, a lovely large 3 bedroomed villa. The views were fantastic & the roads mentioned in previous reviews, were not an issue at all. As mentioned many times previously, the customer service is second to none. Adelina & Julie couldn't do enough to help you & were always available for advice & information. We emailed them before we travelled with a shopping list, as we were arriving late at night, & Julie did further shopping for us whilst we were there. This service is provided free of charge. The cleaning ladies came in every day & the villa was spotless. The friendly pool man maintained the pool daily too. We decided not to hire a car during our weeks stay, as we wanted to spend our days enjoying the sun & the pool. If you were staying for a fortnight, a car would be useful. The air conditioning was excellent (& free) & our children (aged 18 & 15) took advantage of the DVD player, when it got very hot outside. Also there is a CD which we used when around the pool. This does not disturb your neighbours due to the proximity of the surrounding villas. You do need to take your own DVDs & CDs, although there are a selection of paperback books at the villa. We ordered breakfast on our first morning, which was delicious & there was enough over for lunch too. In the evenings we took a taxi to Elounda to enjoy the many restaurants there. This was a ride of about 8 minutes & cost 14 Euros each way. The taxis were booked through the Reception, but if it was closed, the number defaulted to Adelinas mobile & she would organise it, whether she was on duty or not. Nothing was too much trouble. Julie recommended a number of restaurants in Elounda. Our favourite was The Ferryman, closely followed by Porto Rino. We felt that restaurant prices were very similar to the UK now, but the setting of many of the restaurants are superb, literally on the waters edge! We would recommend organising a taxi pickup to/from the airport, if you are not hiring a car, as the Olympic coach transfer was minimum of 2hours each way! We believe the cost is around 80 Euros each way. All in all it was a fantastic holiday. A week just wasn't long enough & we can't wait to return! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la villa , très bien aménagée, merveilleuse vue sur la mer, piscine privée, petit déjeuner servi chaque matin, accueil formidable et chaleureux du manager Alex, aux petits soins pour les clients, qui vous donne de très bons conseils ( à suivre absolument) Le personnel de maison est discret et efficace En terme de situation les pléiades sont très bien situées entre élounda et agios À recommander Laurence St-Etienne, France

Les villas sont simplement top ainsi que le service. Un accueil parfait, le personnel est souriant et efficace. Les villas sont bien faites et d'une propreté exemplaire. Les piscines sont à l'eau de mer, ça surprend quand on le sais pas... Petit déjeuner servi en terrasse (ou en intérieur suivant votre choix). Chaque fin d'apm vous devrez déposer une feuille en cochant votre commande et l'heure ou vous souhaitez être servie. Le seul point faible est les deux routes en contre bas qui peuvent vite être pénibles lorsque vous voulez vous relaxer sur les transat. Ils devraient mettre des petites enceintes à l'extérieur pour écouter de la musique, histoire d'atténuer le bruit de la circulation. Sur place, serviette de piscine, gel douche et shampooing, chaussons, peignoirs, sèche cheveux et coffre fort, bouilloire. A l'arrivée vous serez accueilli avec une petite corbeille de fruits, eau, jus d'orange, lait et une bouteille de vin régionale. Vous serez à environ 1 heure d'Eraklion, sur Agios Nikolaos il y a une multitude de bons petits restaurants à prix très raisonnable. Enfin pour finir, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés
