You cannot go wrong with this Beach House...it has everything you would hope for and more! Photos cannot capture the atmosphere of this home, its expansive manicured grounds and the perfect beach. Our group loved this place and had an excellent week! Each bedroom is enormous and beautifully appointed and they all have delightful private baths. The group living spaces are gorgeous, bright and have plenty of room for indoor fun with family and friends. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is brand new and has a very spacious dining area with a great table for large gatherings. After full days of pool and beach activity we ate in an awful lot and got great use of the kitchen. Moving outside, what can I say but Nirvana! From the enormous patio right off the kitchen with an awesome grill and breathtaking views, to the extremely comfortable under patio loggia (my perfect nap location), to the refreshing large pool and the heavenly beach, outdoor space and activity abound. This Beach House has the best beach on which I have ever vacationed! Our group could not get enough of it. The water is crystal clear and as calm as a lake, the sand is as soft as powder and this place has every beach toy you could want…sea kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear and much more. As beautiful as this property shows in the photographs, it is even more spectacular in person! Elaine and Michael are fantastic hosts and are always available when you need them. This place is heaven for those looking for a relaxing, pool and beach related vacation. We chartered a boat for snorkeling and island hopping one day, and Captain Mark Carroll was great at finding the perfect spots, and we even got to feed wild pigs! But right off the beach in the back yard, the kayaking is great and the snorkeling near the rock reef was surprisingly good. We also had Freeland Rolle (at Elaine's suggestion) make us a wonderful dinner on the night we arrived...crab meat wrapped in chicken breast with a Jamaican Jerk cream sauce that was simply delicious. If we had an opportunity to do it again, we would have skipped pizza night at Tipsy's and had Freeland make us another nice dinner. I would suggest you bring an iPod with your favorite beach tunes to listen to by the pool and in the cabana...you are going to love it here. We really are hoping to come back soon. Mike Flemington, NJ
