Bahamas Villa vacation rentals on Lubbers Quarters Cay, Abaco Islands
Our Villa is located on Lubbers Quarters Cay, a small island between Great Abaco Island to the west and Elbow Cay and Tilloo Cay to the east. Hope Town on Elbow Cay with its candy striped lighthouse is probably Abaco's most well known place. Marsh Harbour International Airport, MHH, is where you fly into unless you come on a boat.
The Villa sits about 50 feet above the Sea of Abaco. It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two full baths. It can accommodate up to six people. It has its own dock and a slip in the marina. It has a swimming pool (20 feet by 10 feet) built into the deck facing the ocean. The location is opposite from Tilloo cut, which takes you out into the Atlantic Ocean from the Sea of Abaco.

- rates are plus 10% Bahamian Government Guest Tax.
$500 U.S. dollar security deposit to be sent with your final 50% house reservation deposit. Our manager will let us know when you have left and if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required your security deposit will be refunded to you within two weeks.
Reservations and Cancellations:
Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a 60% deposit. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made within the 60 days of your arrival date are non-refundable (except for security deposit) unless alternate guests are booked for that date. If alternate guests are booked, we will refund your reservation in full.
We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather Service (N.O.A.A.) within one week of your arrival date. If you are already at the house and a Hurricane Warning is issued by N.O.A.A., then we will divide the number of nights you have stayed into the weekly rate and only charge you for the nights that you have stayed, and will refund the difference or apply it to another stay (your option).
Last minute reservation must be paid in full when the reservation is made.
Sorry, no children under the age of 8 (unless prior arrangements have been made).
We are animal lovers and understand if you want to bring you dog or cat, but we will charge extra if excessive cleaning or damage is done.

"Great stay - Great location" We had a wonderful stay. The house is very nice and furnished comfortably. The view is unbelievable! This was our 3rd trip to The Abacos and 2nd to Lubbers Quarters. This home was our favorite by far. The owners are very quick to answer your emails (and I sent plenty) and Donny, the caretaker, will take care of any issues you have while there. The only small thing was although the house has satellite TV, the subscription is from the West Coast so everything was 3 hours behind. We didn't go to watch TV anyway so after the first night it was never an issue. We enjoyed several meals with Amy and Austin at Lubbers Landing and also at Cracker P's. Tahiti Beach is just minutes away as is the beautiful settlement of Hope Town. We had world class snorkeling with majestic eagle rays just a few minutes away. We also used the pool almost every day. It was very difficult leaving. Don't let the stairs scare you away - I have old overweight arthritic knees and they were not a problem. We mainly used the golf cart anyway. Don't hesitate to book this lovely home.
